ελπιζω τελικα με το νεο firmware του FG621-EA να δουλεψει και η 4g της vodafone :worthy:

Πηρα το SXT lte6 kit και προσπαθω 2 μερες να το κανω να δουλεψει με την vodafone.

Σε αναζητησεις επεσα πανω σε αυτο το ποστ .

Αρα ΔΕΝ δουλευει η vodafone με αυτη την καρτα ? τσαμπα παιδευομαι και αδικα το αγορασα ?

δυο θέματα που αντιμετώπισα με την internet-only sim της vodafone και ενα hap lte6 και κατάφερα να ξεπεράσω
το πρώτο ήταν οτι θέλει apn το internet και όχι το κανονικό της Vodafone
το δεύτερο που δεν έκανε register λύθηκε με upgrade στην beta εκδοση του ros. Μετα την beta συνεχισε να λειτουργει και όταν επανεφερα την stable

Διαβασα ομως οτι αυτη η εκδοση παιζει λεει καλα.

Απο τα 5 peer που εχω μονο τα 2 συνδεοταν οτι και να εκανα.

Ξαναπερασα τα στοιχεια αλλα τιποτε.

Ετσι αφησα μονο το μοντεμ με το νεο (παλιο firmware) και περασα την 7.16.

Η πλακα ειναι οτι μου προτεινει να αναβαθμισω σε νεωτερη εκδοση το μοντεμ που ειναι αυτη που ειχα πριν

βαλω την 7.17 beta.

Με την επιστροφη στην 7.16 ολα οκ με το wireguard

Έχω ανοιχτό ticket στην MikroTik εδώ και 4 μήνες και το παλεύουν με ένα σωρό εκδόσεις modem firmware και καμία δεν είναι stable.
Οι ίδιοι αναφέρονται σε modem crash.

Μεταξύ άλλων πέρασαν και ένα debug πακέτο και ένα script για να κάνουν monitor την κατάσταση και να τραβάνε debug logs
Μέσα στο script αναφέρεται πχ:

Όταν κρασάρει, τότε το lte1 interface μπαίνει σε invalid state και δεν δέχεται καμία ενέργεια (disable/enable, κλπ) χωρίς επανεκκίνηση.

Τρώει ενίοτε disconnect το lte1 και θέλει χειροκίνητα disable/enable να επανέλθει αλλά δεν κρασάρει και δεν θέλει reboot.
Αυτή την συμπεριφορά την έχω δει ασχέτως provider και ασχέτως modem/router vendor όταν το σήμα είναι κάτω του μετρίου, οπότε το θεωρώ «φυσιολογική» συμπεριφορά.

Κατά τα άλλα ρίχνουν το φταίξιμο μετά το firmware upgrade (και μη δυνατότητα downgrade) στα τέλη Μαΐου, σε αλλαγές που έκανε λένε η Cosmote...
Αν μπορούσα να βάλω πίσω το firmware που είχα τον Μάιο (το ζήτησα και με αγνόησαν) θεωρώ πως θα κρατάει πάλι uptime 1+ μήνα, όπως δούλευε πριν.

Αστοχία και ξεκίνησε ακριβώς την ημέρα που αναβάθμισα το firmware τέλη Μαΐου;
Για software πρόβλημα μου κάνει.

Η μόνη διαφορά με ότι άλλο Chateau έχω, είναι ότι το συγκεκριμένο είναι στα 100-150 μέτρα από την κεραία με -58 με -65 σήμα.


Η τελευταία φορά που μπήκα στην διαδικασία να ζητήσω αντικατάσταση λόγω κακού software ήταν όταν πήρα το Golf 8 που δεν δούλευε τίποτα ηλεκτρονικό πάνω του σωστά με το άθλιο λογισμικό που είχε γράψει η VW (ή όποιος υπεργολάβος το έκανε).
Μου πήρε 1+ χρόνο με εξώδικα, δικηγόρους, και άπειρη διαπραγμάτευση κοντά 6 μήνες καινούριο αυτοκίνητο στο συνεργείο και ένα βήμα πριν να προχωρήσω σε επίσημη αγωγή να πάμε στα δικαστήρια (με δεκάδες αποδεικτικά στοιχεία μέχρι εκείνη τη φάση), αλλά στο τέλος κάνανε πίσω και μου επέστρεψαν μέχρι και το τελευταίο cent που έγραφε το τιμολόγιο αγοράς.

Απίστευτα ψυχοφθόρο και χρονοβόρο το να αποδείξεις ότι φταίει το προϊόν τους (ή ολόκληρη η σειρά στην περίπτωση του Golf 8). Βαριέμαι πραγματικά να ξαναμπώ σε τέτοια διαδικασία για ένα router που το έχω για backup μία φορά τον χρόνο που θα τύχει να πέσει για μερικά λεπτά η FTTH...

Η διαδικασια ειναι απλη και εφοσον το ξερουν απο το support μπορουν

πανευκολα να στειλουν στον προμηθευτη σου εντολη αντικαταστασης.

Εξαλλου το γνωριζουν καλα κι εχουν και ολα τα στοιχεια.

Μου κανει εντυπωση παντως γιατι οταν σου λεω εχω βαλει πολλα 5g εννοω πραγματικα πολλα.

Δεν εχω πουθενα παρομοια προβληματα.

Και με το Golf η διαδικασία απλή είναι και εφόσον ήξεραν ότι είχε προβλήματα πανεύκολα μπορούσαν να στείλουν εντολή στον Φιλοσίδη να το αλλάξει.

Δεν το κάνουν όμως. Και ποτέ δεν παραδέχονται ότι έχει πρόβλημα. Σου βγάζουν την Παναγία μέχρι να βαρεθείς και να τα παρατήσεις.

Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση το support θεωρεί πως το πρόβλημα είναι η Cosmote και όχι η συσκευή. Είναι τόσο ξεκάθαρο για αυτούς που το γράψανε μέχρι και στα release notes της 7.17.
Περιμένεις τώρα να βγει άκρη με τους Λετονούς; Δεν έχεις δει τι γίνεται στο νήμα για την 7.17 με τον Normis να κάνει τον Κινέζο όταν ένα σωρό κόσμος του εξηγεί τι μαλακία πάνε να κάνουν με τις αλλαγές της 7.17;
Δεν ακούνε κανέναν, ξέρουν τα πάντα και ποτέ δεν κάνουν λάθος. Μάλλον είναι σύνδρομο κατωτερότητας από την εποχή της Σοβιετικής ένωσης...
