Hello,
I am here with an openwrt router based on TD-W9980 but it has some faster ram (DDR2 instead of DDR1) and I have managed to flash openwrt on it. I am currently using a speedport plus as a modem and I would like to switch it out for that weird router since my speedport plus seems to just randomly reboot and I want to retain voip by ethernet wan if possible. Any example configurations would be welcome. The onboard vdsl2 modem seems to support normal vectoring too and seems to have support with super vectoring(35b) but the drivers over at http://xdarklight.github.io/lantiq-xdsl-firmware-info/ do not seem to support it.
I cannot see if the internet comes via a vlan or not so explaining that might also be useful.
PS, I can understand Greek but I have difficulty writing in a fluent way.

On wrt: vlan vpi/vci 8/35 + user credentials for cosmote and wan/dsl should come up.
Rest of the wrt settings according to needs.
Then you connect the speedport on lan side,
and adjust its settings to acquire its wan via dhcp on a lan port.
It should register the telephony upstream and you should have a working fxs port.
I can't go into details cause i don't have a speedport at hand.
There are relevant threads in the forum with details.
On vectoring issue:
It should support vectoring (17a) using dsl firmware ripped from the fritzboxes, try a few.
35b is unlikely.
PS
If your wan speed is >50mbit you might find the tp-link+wrt combo falling short on routing capacity.
To my knowledge, hardware-nat is proprietary & vendor/oem-locked,
causing every packet to go through cpu for routing/nat-ing/firewalling when running wrt.

I have tried this router on a dsl line before and it faired perfectly at 17a speeds (125MbpsD 42MbpsU) in an OpenReach network in the UK, I have a 50mbps 17a connection anyway but I noticed that they could still enable fon so what ips/fqdn does cosmote need for voip so I can just firewall the rest.

sip resisters upstream to ims.otenet.gr
To what ip does the above map to I suppose depends on location,
there must(?) be some form of cdn.
In my case resolves to 195.167.16.30
I suppose that if you allow new outgoing connections to that and also allow related connections
conn. tracking should take care the rest.
I suppose that you should also somehow allow tr-069 for cpe provisioning/updates.
Never tried it though.Disclaimer:

Probably just gonna QoS it to the lowest priority with 128kb/s duplex fixed for voip
