Πρόβλημα login στο rapidshare

Γειά σας.Έκανα premium account στο rapidshare και ενώ βάζω σωστά το username και το password μου,μου λέει "Account found, but password is incorrect".Μπορείτε να με βοηθήσετε σας παρακαλώ;Χρησιμοποιώ internet explorer.

Δεν υπαρχει δυνατοτητα να πατησεις να σου ξανασταλει το pass?

Ξαναγραψε το password (οχι copy-paste) και δες...

Πάω να το κάνω αλλά μου λέει No accounts found. Please try again ενώ υπάρχει account σε αυτό το e-mail.

Τοτε απο εκει και περα στειλε μαιλ στην εταιρια.......μονο αυτο θα σε βοηθησει....

μάλλον κάποιος σου "τσίμπησε" account/password και σου έχει αλλάξει και το email στο rapidshare (οι φωστήρες στο rapidshare αφήνουνε να αλλάξεις email στις ρυθμίσεις χωρίς confirmation, τεσπα..). Έχει συμβεί και σε μένα.

Να βρεις το email που πήρες από το rapidshare όταν άνοιξες το account. Μέσα περιείχε ένα κομμάτι της μορφής

Στέλνεις ένα email στο support@rapidshare.com από το email account που έβαλες στην εγγραφή σου σαν το παρακάτω:

I have a rapidshare premium account ( login: ΧΧΧΧΧΧΧΧ).
My payment information are (payment made on ΧΧΧ ΧΧΧ, 200Χ via Paypal) (άλλαξε το αν πλήρωσες με άλλο τρόπο)

As of now, I cannot access my account anymore when I try to login using the above login and my password,I get the message that the account exists but the password is wrong (message "Account found, but password is wrong").
I also tried to recover my password using the "forgot your password?" form, but when I enter the email I used to register the account (<ΤΟ ΕΜΑΙΛ ΠΟΥ ΕΒΑΛΕΣ ΚΑΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ>) I get the message "No accounts found, please try again".
Please advise me what to do so that I regain access to my account.



Λογικά μέσα σε 24ώρες θα σου κάνουνε reset το password και θα επαναφέρουν το email στο αρχικό που είχες βάλει(σ'εμένα έτσι έγινε)

καλα τα λεει ο απο πανω μου ειχε συμβει και εμενα το ιδιο μου ειχαν αλλαξει το email και το password και δεν εμπαινε και εστειλα στο support της rapishare απο το email που ειχα ενεργοποιησει τον λογαριασμο το login μου το password μου και το email μου και τους ειπα οτι καποιος μου αλλαξε τα στοιχεια και που εστειλαν καινουργιο κωδικο ειχα στειλει βραδυ το πρωι που ξυπνησα μου ειχαν στειλει τον καινουργιο κωδικο.καλη τυχη

Καταρχην μην γραφεις greeklish.
Ετσι και αλλιως θα περιμενεις να σου απαντησουν με mail.
Απο εκει και μετα μπορεις μεσα απο το premium account να αλλαξεις μονο σου τον κωδικο σου.

Κι εγώ έπαθα το ίδιο πρόβλημα σήμερα, τους έστειλα email και μου απάντησαν οτι θα καθυστερήσουν να απαντήσουν λόγω της αυξημένης ζήτησης για υποστήριξη. Εν αναμονή λοιπόν...

βασικα στο λεει κιολας οτι αμα κατεβασεις αρχειο με copyright εχουν το δικαιωμα να σε σβησουν οτι συμβαση και αν εκανες μαζι τους

μονο συμβασεις του μηνα να κανετε οχι παραπανω
